1). MR. JOHNSON IDOWU OSINOWO. (BOARD CHAIRMAN)
The current Chairman of the Board of Directors. An Economic graduate with the prestigious University of Ibadan (1970) and has a distinguish Banking career with the CBN where he rose to the post of Deputy Director before retiring in 1996 and at present the Managing Partner of Johnson Osinowo & Co Management and Financial Consultancy.
2). MR. OGUNRINDE A. OLUBUNMI (MCIB, ACIB) (MD/CEO)
Attended Lagos State Polytechnic and had HND Banking & Finance, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), 1989; He is equally a Certified Microfinance Practitioner, having successfully passed the prescribed examination of CIBN. He has over 28 years of combined banking experience that has taken him from UBA PLC to Global Bank, where he left as Head of Public Sector. He has been the pioneer Managing Director of Landgold Microfinance Bank since inception and now has seven years experience as a microfinance practitioner.
3). MR. OLAWALE AWOMOLO
A graduate of Eastern Washington State University in Business Administration with an MBA from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois. Had worked with Nigeria National Supply Corporation between 1976 – 1977 and also worked with UBA PLC between 1977 – 1999 before venturing into agriculture (Poultry & Farming), he equally has business interest in the USA where he stays occasionally.
4). MR. OMOTOSHO BABATOPE OMOTAYO
Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1987 and has held various Senior Managerial Position at Nigeria Bottling Company and has attended various courses in South Africa and Ireland. He is at the moment the General Manager (North) for Mouka Foam.
5). MR. IGNATIUS ONYEMA
Mr Onyema is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and a specialist in branch operations and credit administration. He has over 30 years banking experience across three banking institutions in Nigeria. He worked in top Management position in New Nigerian Bank, Unity Bank and later United Bank for Africa Plc where he retires as Regional Director. He has now joined the Board to use his banking expertise in turning around the affairs of the Bank. He currently runs Pathway Management Consultancy Firm as the Managing Partner specialising in financial management.
6). MRS. TAIWO OMOTOLA AFUWAPE.
A graduate of Micro-Biology from the University of Lagos, worked at Coco-Cola Nigeria Limited as quality controller for over twenty years before retiring into commodity distribution and wholesales merchandising.
